HOW IT WORKS
You'll be hosted by an H&B Style Expert, who will guide you through the design process:
STEP 1
Find your inspiration. Model your bracelet after one of our samples, or design your own.
STEP 2
Get creative. Build your pattern with an array of gemstones, crystals, and add-ons like charms.
STEP 3
Enjoy a forever keepsake. Your host will assemble the bracelet and custom-size it to your wrist.
Nope! We encourage you to walk-in to your nearest H&B location, no appointments necessary.
Our H&B Style Experts are available to host you at any time! Just be sure to be there at least 1 hour before store closing so you have enough time to create your piece.

This experience takes anywhere from 40-60 minutes.
This bracelet is a unique piece created by you and it is not eligible for returns or exchanges. BYOB designs are eligible for our standard 1-year warranty, and we suggest snapping a photo of your custom piece just in case repairs are required.
